Our Search

PRI Business Services, Inc. offers two primary types of search options. However, PRI listens to our client's needs and realizes that every search is unique. Your Account Manager will work with you on what options and customizations are best for your current search.

Contingency Search

PRI will actively seek out candidates that meet the qualifications presented to us for a specific position, working on a contingency agreement. Our fees are calculated from the starting salary of the successful hire. The contingency search includes:

  • Starting with an interview of you and your company to determine your goals and the requirements of the position, along with an understanding of your industry, your company's business, culture and philosophy. This is a key part of the success of your search.
  • The PRI recruitment team will seek candidates through a variety of avenues, including but not limited to direct recruitment, networking, our database and e-recruiting. This includes a posting of your opening on PRI's Web site and national job board that attracts hundreds of professionals monthly. (Note: confidential searches are skillfully blinded, still allowing access for interested candidates to read the description without initially revealing the client employer.)
  • All candidates will be thoroughly interviewed and pre-screened, with references checked and educational credentials verified*. PRI's interview process includes the candidate completing a written, in-depth pre-search profile, plus multiple interviews conducted with our executive recruitment staff. The candidate will not only be evaluated to ensure possession of core competencies required for your position, but also an assessment of aptitude, personal and professional goals and corporate culture desired to assure a ideal match rather than just a talented candidate.
  • PRI will only present qualified candidates to you. Candidates presented will possess the skills, experience and credentials that you have requested.
  • PRI will schedule all interviews and work with your team in determining a competitive offer. We then present all offers and represent your company's interest during any negotiation process. Our skills in this delicate area are an integral part of what you pay us for.
  • PRI's contingency search offers a free replacement if the candidate leaves within 30 days.

Retained Search

Make your search a priority by selecting PRI's retained search option. We bill a percentage of the fee at the start of the search, and invest that money into the search process. Selecting PRI's retained search includes all the components of our contingency search (above), plus:

  • A guarantee that your search is worked foremost – putting qualified candidates on your desk within 45 days or less from the beginning of the search.
  • PRI's retained search offers free replacement if the candidate leaves within 90 days.

Flat Fee Per Hire

When hiring for several positions of similar discipline/description at the same time, PRI offers a flat fee per hire so you will know exactly what your search costs will be. Contact your Account Manager or an Executive Recruiter for more information.

*Educational degrees / credentials will be verified upon request of the client upon the start of a search. Professional references are always checked as a standard part of PRI's candidate screening.
