- Designed the circuit for signal latching and RS422 interfacing, which is the central integration PCB for a high-speed press print-quality-checking system. Devised a Mhz counter and logic circuit to monitor operating performance of the press.
- Designed a precision triggering system to read micro-barcode on high speed web with Cognex camera. Achieved micro second timing precision.
- Developed circuits to function as a filter on quadrature encoder signal to block out backward-motion pulses and false signal.
- Devised a mutually interlocking circuit for modular safety system in either safety controller or safety relay cases.
