Maintenance Supervisor

This manufacturer in MI is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with management experience in food. Candidate must have experience with food packaging equipment, understanding of world class maintenance methodologies, strong troubleshooting skills, maintenance techniques such as TPM, SM, and Root-Cause Analysis, and be willing to work a flexible schedule.
Job duties include:

• Directing and supporting a team of maintenance mechanics to meet plant goals
• Continuously improving maintenance performance by initiating work requests, methods, and training
• Function as technical resource for the team
• Audit preventive maintenance work to ensure quality and work completion
• Coordinate tracking and reporting of maintenance data
• Participate in maintenance / operations meetings

Environmental and Safety Leader

This building material / textile company in South Carolina is seeking an Environmental and Safety Leader to be on the floor training and motivating the plant employees.
Job duties include:

• Maintain the EHS Management Systems in accordance with the ISO systems and corporate guidelines currently in place
• Report, investigate, and address occupational illnesses and injuries
• Implement wellness programs
• Participate / support the EHS auditing program
• Facilitate site specific health and safety management systems to reduce injuries and illnesses
• Participate in the EHS review of capital projects, environmental evaluations, and safety design reviews of process / equipment changes at site

Requirements:
Six to eight years of plant level ISO management systems and EHS experience; certifications in environmental, health and safety (ASP, CSP, CHMM, etc) preferred. Title V Air Permit and MACT Rule experience desired.
