Founder's Bio

Sue Christian has been an independent entrepreneur and owner of PRI Business Services, Inc., and previously owned and operated a staffing service for 17 years. Sue has been recruiting for over 20 years, working in both the staffing service and executive recruitment fields. Prior to her career in recruitment, Sue worked in manufacturing management.

A professional dedicated to the recruitment and staffing profession, Sue is very active in her community, teaching and speaking on topics including interviewing skills and hiring selection. Sue volunteers for many community organizations, and is a member of the local area Economic Development committee. As an industry professional, Sue also serves as a member of the Ethics Committee of the Inter-City Personnel Association, and is a previous board member of the Wisconsin Association of Personnel Services.

At PRI, Sue's primary work is client account management and client sales. She remains active with direct candidate recruitment and candidate screening, and maintains national networking connections both in her industry and discipline niche, expanding PRI's ability to serve our employer clients on a national level.

Sue resides in WI with her husband, along with her daughters, son-in-law and grandchildren in the Midwest. Sue enjoys travel, sports, reading and spending time with her grandchildren.

Sue's current specialization is in the recruitment and placement for executive, upper management, engineering, procurement/purchasing, finance/accounting, and human resources professionals in most manufacturing industries across the U.S. Her focus includes food, beverage, durable consumer goods, consumer packaged goods, metal fabrication, automotive Tier 1/Tier 2 and plastics/polymer manufacturing industries.
