PRI Business Services, Inc. is an independent, contingency and retained search firm focusing on the recruitment and placement of executive, mid to upper management, engineering, supply chain and operations professionals in manufacturing throughout the United States.

PRI was founded by Susan Christian in 1997 in Beaver Dam, WI. PRI began recruiting professionals in engineering, manufacturing management and accounting management, serving clientele throughout the greater Wisconsin area.

In 2003, PRI joined Inter-city Personnel Association (IPA), a national community of independent recruiters, working together to maximize recruitment opportunities. This membership greatly assisted PRI's expansion to gaining clients and working with candidates on a national level.

PRI started to further expand by adding recruitment and support staff and gaining clients in the food / beverage industry, along with a growing clientele in the general manufacturing and metal fabrication sectors. In 2005, PRI became Preferred Recruiters with Top Echelon Network, the world's most successful placement network.

Today, PRI Business Services represents clients based throughout the contiguous U.S. and successfully places professionals in the disciplines of engineering, supply chain and plant management / operations. While PRI focuses on the above disciplines, PRI will often accept and place professionals in accounting/finance, human resources and other professional roles within the plant for our clients.

PRI's owner is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), the only professional designation recognized globally by the human resources industry. The staff includes former human resource professionals, and is thoroughly trained on the fine art of recruitment, placement, negotiation and the laws and regulations governing employment.
