About Us

PRI Business Services, Inc. is an independent, contingency search firm focusing on the recruitment and placement of executive, mid to upper management and engineering professionals throughout the United States.

PRI was founded by Susan Christian in 1997 in Beaver Dam, WI. PRI began recruiting professionals in engineering, manufacturing management and accounting management, serving clientele throughout the greater Wisconsin area.

In 2003, PRI joined Inter-city Personnel Association (IPA), a national community of independent recruiters, working together to maximize recruitment opportunities. This membership greatly assisted PRI's expansion to gaining clients and working with candidates on a national level.

Recently, PRI further expanded by adding recruitment and support staff and gaining clients in food industry, along with a growing clientele in the general manufacturing and metal fabrication sectors. In 2005, PRI became Preferred Recruiters with Top Echelon Network, the world's most successful placement network.

PRI's management team are Certified Personnel Consultants (CPC), the only professional designation recognized globally by the human resources industry. The staff is thoroughly trained on the fine art of recruitment, placement, negotiation and the laws and regulations governing employment.

Meet the PRI Team

	Susan Christian, CPC, CTS, CPS Owner & President suec@prirecruit.com Specializing in metal fabrication, printing and general manufacturing industries. Placement and recruiting for executive, upper management, engineering, procurement/purchasing, finance/accounting, and human resources professionals. Sue Christian has been an independent entrepreneur and owner of Personnel Resources, Inc. and PRI Business Services, Inc. since their conception. Sue has been recruiting for over 20 years, working in both the staffing service and executive recruitment fields. Prior to her career in recruitment, Sue worked in manufacturing management. A professional dedicated to the recruitment and staffing profession, Sue is very active in her community, teaching and speaking on topics including interviewing skills and hiring selection. Sue is a volunteer and member of the local Rotary, Chamber of Commerce, and Economic Development. Sue currently serves as the Midwest Congress Representative and a member of the Ethics Committee of the Inter-City Personnel Association.
	Lisa Gutknecht Executive Recruiter lisag@prirecruit.com, lgutknecht@prirecruit.com, candidateservices@prirecruit.com Specializing in executive, management, marketing, sales management, product development, engineering, information technology, buyer/supply chain, and operations (manufacturing and business) for all industries except healthcare. Lisa Gutknecht joined the PRI / Personnel Resources family of businesses in 2004. Lisa has been recruiting for management professionals for over 10 years, returning to her executive recruiting career after 6 years of Human Resource management. Lisa's industry experience includes telecommunications, data network services, magazine publications, and the staffing agency industry.
	Barb Garczynski Executive Recruiter barbg@prirecruit.com, candidateservices@prirecruit.com Specializing in entry to mid level management in marketing, sales, engineering, and manufacturing production. Barb Garczynski joined the PRI team in 2005 as a researcher and quickly moved into candidate recruitment. Barb's experience includes accounting, customer service and sales in the food manufacturing and technology / telephony services industries.
